RFramer provided panel shop drawings that were used to prefabricate all the load bering, non load bearing, parapet and shear walls for interior and exterior of the building. RFramer’s initial framing model with quick turn around time brought in many RFIs to light within the first two weeks of the project.
RFramer produced shop drawings and layout drawings that included reference plans, section cuts and framing details for all interior, exterior walls and floor framing conditions. To complete the framing and panel drawings for such a large project in an accurate and timely manner, RFramer leveraged AutoDesk Revit’s groups and modeled the unique rooms.
RFramer generated panel drawings for 125 rooms, each wall bifurcating plumbing, bearing and exterior walls. Model incorporated structural specifications of different gauges for different wall conditions (parallel to joists/perpendicular to joists/corridor walls etc). RFramer specifically added more detail to drawings namely wall exterior finishes, sheer location in plans for exterior walls, plumbing walls.
