RFramer handled the whole framing modeling, RFIs, Drawings for review in BIM360. Two teams worked simultaneously on the same file internationally to review the work done and also to model as per the details. RFramer developed fully coordinated model with MEPFS trades and had developed the framing model with 22 unit groups.
The studs were aligned and coordinated as per the plumbing routing needs. RFIs were raised in BIM360 and within a week it got answered and RFramer updated the model accordingly. If the raised RFI is not answered within a week, these can be escalated to critical RFIs so get attention to those items first. BIM360 incorporation really sped up the RFI responses which helped in quick modeling of the process.
