RFramer developed custom trusses families as per construction requirement and used truss system and MWF Pro Wood to get right junction details.

Hanger

Hanger unit had metal structure with cross braces, Seismic and Hurricane Hold Down Systems like Simpson Strong-Tie which were added to the model for better representation and quantity analysis.

4WayGarage

RFramer had to redo the headers and jambs for 4 way garage unit due to the huge span openings to cater to the firetrucks.

RoofFramingPlan

RFramer developed drawing set for each unit and updated noth 3D model and 2D drawings as per markups.

Description :

RFramer developed structural Wood framing model for wall, ceiling and roof as per markups and inputs to develop building information model for 5 to 7 units in 2 campuses. 4-Bay Garage, Barracks, Common, Dozer, Generator, Hangar were common units in both sites. RFramer incorporated custom families of simpson strong-ties for hurricane strong-holds as per details to extract quantities to order these ties. Hanger and barracks blocks had special custom roof trusses and framing requirement which RFramer developed custom revit families and provided good for construction drawings set.
