RFramer provided prefabricated panel drawings with LOD450 for interior and exterior framing modeling. It has worked closely with the framer and developed very detailed fabrication drawings which was used for both ordering materials and also to locate and place prefab panels on site. The drawings also had QR code integration for field to scan, track and update progress on site. Drawings were developed which was crosschecked finally by field professional to check prefab measurements. Once approved were updated to Bluebeam studio so field can access drawings on tablets and update.
RFramer modeled framing beyond MWF capabilities to cater to cut-backs, hold downs and incorporated various RFIs of the Project. Framing model had critical, typical framing, bulkheads, soffits, kickers, blocking and z-clips as required by framer. RFramer also developed many plugins (dynamo scripts) to get out of the box solutions for many client requests with very quick turn around times.
